AmberRally is a driving event in Latvia built around closed-section B-roads, exploring routes designed to connect the country's forests, lakes, coastline, and historic sites into a single driving experience.

It launched with no visual identity, in a field where most car event brands default to generic motorsport signaling and skip the thing that actually makes an event specific: where it happens, and why that matters.

The direction came from two things already baked into the brand, just not yet visualized: Latvia's landscape, and amber - the gemstone the event is named after. Scanning similar rallies across the Baltics confirmed most lean on stock motorsport aesthetics with no sense of place.

The mark had to carry three things at once - Latvia, the amber gemstone, and car culture - without over-explaining itself. Palette pulls directly from the landscape and the stone. Typography stays sporty with an edge of elegance, keeping the brand out of "budget motorsport" territory. Built to hold up at any size, on any surface, at speed.

“It was a true pleasure to work together with Beatrise on brand design for AmberRally. She quickly grasped concepts, ideas and general vision of the brand and enhanced that with her own twist. That resulted in great and high-quality brand visual materials and guidelines.

It was admirable on how quick and precise the iterative sketches were and and she took into account feedback from others and asked for it. Beatrise always kept a clear mind and did not became biased or attached to one idea and was able to iterate further or even change the design direction on the go.

In short - working together with Beatrise is a true pleasure and I recommend doing so, as she delivers quick, great, original and high quality design assets.”
